Charger will not

turn on when

properly connected.

Clips are not making

a good connection to

the battery.

The cable assembly

inline fuse may be

blown. Reversing the

connections at the

battery will cause this.

Battery is defective.

Check for poor

connection to battery

and frame. Make sure

connection points

are clean. Rock clips

back and forth for a

better connection.

Check the fuse. If it is

blown, only replace it

with one of the same

size and rating. Be

sure to correct the

lead connections to

the battery before

proceeding.

Check the battery.

Charger makes a

loud buzz or hum.

Transformer

laminations vibrate.

No problem; this is a

normal condition.

CHARGING

(yellow) LED is

ashing.

Indicates the charger

is in abort mode.
